How to Download And Install BackTrack5 r3

Step By Step for Beginners

4 After you Download BackTrack5 r3.iso and VMware Workstation 9.0.2
5 Install VMware Workstion
6 open Vmware Workstation then click file>new>Vertual Machine...
7 Select Typical(Recomended) Then Click next
8 Select "I will install the operating system later" Then Click Next
9 "Guest operating system Select<>Linux" "Vertion<>Ubuntu" Next
10 Vertual Machine name Rename to "Bactktrack5 r3" Next
11 maximum Disk Size Chnage to 20GB then Click next
12 select "Cutomize Hardware"
13 click on Memory then change it to 1024MB
14 select on "new CD/DVD" then click "use iso image file" then Browse BackTrack 5 r3 iso then click okay then finish
15 Click "Power on the Vertual Machine" then hit enter Then select Default install
16 then sfter install Type "startx" D
